There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Haus of Hound
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from hausofhound.com, can be returned to Haus of Hound HQ. HOH products purchased through other retailers such as amazon, ebay, or a personal seller must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all original pieces, documentation, and in the condition it it was received.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Items that have been damaged or tampered with that is not at the fault of Haus of Hound.
- Items that have been used and cannot be sent back in the same condition as new.
- Items that were purchased with a discount greater than or equal to 25%.
- If an item is not the exact color of which you imagined but you received what was in the details of your order. (Example; You ordered an Aqua Ombre leash and you thought it would be a darker royal blue. In this case we will honor an exchange if the item is in the same condition as it was received.)
- Items that were purchased using a gift card.
Furthermore, Haus of Hound is not responsible for any items lost or tampered with after it has left the studio and has been shipped.
